Curious what A sound healing session sounds like?
I incorporate other instruments during my sessions, along with meditative breathwork, essential oils, plant medicine, and energy healing. These are very short recordings, recorded with a phone, so sound quality differs greatly in person. Sound healing sessions are meant to be 40 mins to 1.5 hours long for full benefits of relaxation and meditation.
